At this stage, we have not loaded in reservations so please do not worry. All Members have first refusal on their 2026 Membership seats and will be loaded into their account on 1st September. More information will be available soon.

Our renewals process will work slightly different this year in that we break it down into three options - Pay Now, Pay Later & Cancel.

 With the new system members can begin renewing from September 1st with one of these options. 
•	Pay Now = I am happy to renew my order in full now. Here are my card details, paid. 
•	Pay Later = Similar to opting in, members can select this option for either a full or part payment capacity to be rolled over on your renewal date of September 15th. 
•	Cancel = Opting out by cancelling their purchase intent.

This process will begin on September 1st and we will have more information soon, for now, our main focus is getting all members set up on the new platform. 

As we have moved to a brand-new membership platform, all users must set up a password and verify their email address to comply with privacy requirements. 

Payment details of all members have not been transferred over from our previous system to the new platform. 

Adding your payment details now will ensure a smooth transition during automatic renewals in September.
