Log in (or create an account).
Purchase access for $4.99 AUD.
Press play when the stream goes live.
We recommend logging in and completing your purchase at least 15 minutes before the 6:00pm Brisbane start time.
The match will begin at:
6:00pm Brisbane time (AEST) | 9:00pm Auckland time (NZDT)
The live stream will activate shortly before the scheduled start time.
Yes. An account is required to purchase and access the stream.
If you do not yet have an account:
Click Start Watching on the homepage > Join Now under the relevant game.
Enter your details.
Verify your email.
Log in and purchase the match.
In most cases, this means you are not logged in to the account used to purchase the subscription. Please check:
• You are logged in
• You are using the same email address you subscribed with
• You have refreshed the event page.
• The match has reached the scheduled start time.
• You are not logged in on a different device or browser with another account
Once you are logged in, select the event banner and this will take you to the live games and what’s upcoming.

This usually means:
• You are logged into an account without an active subscription, please ensure you have purchased the correct subscription for the correct event, or
• You have more than one account

If you are watching from another state, please first check that you have adjusted for your local time zone.
Live games will only appear approximately five minutes before the scheduled start time.

• iPhone or Android
• Tablet
• Smart TV (via browser)
• Cast via AirPlay or Chromecast
For best results, use the latest version of:
• Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox.
Try the following:
• Refresh the page
• Check your internet connection
• Log out and log back in
• Disable ad blockers or VPN
Close other apps using bandwidth
