The 2019 season will bring all the excitement that the Suncorp Super Netball league has become known for over the past two years, and take the action to more venues and regions than ever before.
Netball Australia Executive General Manager Chris Symington says the Suncorp #TeamGirls Cup gave fans a sneak peek at what can be expected throughout the 2019 season.
“As was demonstrated in Brisbane over the weekend, there’s much to look forward to in this upcoming season with the intensity of matches and the rivalry between teams going to another level,” he said.
“Match times for the 2019 season remain in the same family-friendly timeslots as last season and we’re excited to be bringing Suncorp Super Netball to Darwin and Bendigo for the first time.”

The home and away season will be played over 14 weeks beginning on 27th April, with all eight clubs playing each other once at home, and once away. A four-week hiatus will take place after Round 9 to allow for the 2019 Netball World Cup, before teams return to play out the final five rounds of the season. A three-week finals series will then follow, to be contested by the top four-ranked teams, with the Grand Final to be held on the 15th September.
