Taking into consideration the status around COVID-19 in Queensland, the Queensland Firebirds round 9 clash with the Giants at Nissan Arena on Saturday night will go ahead as planned.
As an indoor ticketed event, our venue remains at full capacity. Increased restrictions by Queensland Government require all in attendance to wear a mask and follow social distancing both indoors and outdoors.
Due to Queensland Government restrictions and Suncorp Super Netball expectations of players, unfortunately players will not be able to sign autographs or take photos with those in attendance at the end of the match.
We will continue to monitor the situation in the coming days and will provide any further updates via our Queensland Firebirds website and socials as required.
