Having shown resilience to come back from a serious knee injury, Ash became Firebird No.108 after debuting for the club in our round two Suncorp Super Netball clash against the Sunshine Coast Lightning.
Ash would go onto feature in five matches during the season, realising her childhood dream of donning the purple dress in the process.
The decision not to offer Ash a new contract hasn’t been taken lightly and we wish her all the very best for 2024 and beyond.
