The Queensland Firebirds will fly to Adelaide tomorrow, as part of the Suncorp Super Netball league’s decision to relocate six clubs to the South Australian capital in a bid to keep the 2021 season going.
The call was made by the league due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation which has again impacted several states.
The Firebirds will travel to Adelaide along with Sunshine Coast Lightning, where they will join Melbourne Vixens, Collingwood Magpies, NSW Swifts and the GIANTS who fly to Adelaide today.
At this stage the West Coast Fever will remain in Perth.
Details on the Round 11 fixture, including broadcast details, will be announced by the league soon.
