Stower, a Queensland pathways product, played 24 SSN games for the Firebirds after making her debut in 2020.
The 23-year-old played 12 games in 2023, scoring 61 goals including 16 Suncorp Super Shots.
Firebirds Head Coach Bec Bulley says Stower leaves with the club’s best wishes.
“Mia has been a wonderful part of the club, and we wish her well for the future,” Bulley said.
“We thank her for all of her efforts while at the Firebirds.”
Netball Queensland CEO Kate Davies said Stower, who hails from Toowoomba and developed through the HART Sapphire Series with the Brisbane North Cougars, leaves a legacy for aspiring regional talent across Queensland.
"Mia has forged a trail for regional talent by progressing through Netball Queensland's pathways and into Suncorp Super Netball," Davies said.
"She's represented the Firebirds proudly since making her debut in 2020, including being a fulltime contracted player for the past two seasons.
"I wish her all the very best for what lies ahead in her career."
